This site was built for Chatswood Diagnostic Centre - a Radiology Practice in Chatswood NSW.
Our client wanted to showcase the facilites of his Radiology Practice, which has the latest in equipment and highly trained staff. He also wanted to educate his patients on the procedures they were about to undertake and so we included information about the procedures, images of the procedures and links to an information site which included video footage of the various procedures.
There are several pdf forms on this site - one which referring Medical Practitioners can use to download referral forms for them to use to send patients to Chatswood Diagnostic Centre.
The site also includes a link for potential new staff members to send their resumes for consideration.
This site is built in html and has a panel of Flash animation which appears on every page.
