The web site for KSM Solutions was developed in html with Flash animation in the top banner region. The site aims to display the large range of fibre cabling products, copper products, mode conditioning and network products as well as VoIP products.
There are special deals which are updated regularly and customers can order products directly through the web site - although at this stage online purchases are not available. A customer is able to download an order form which he then faxes to KSM with details of products he wishes to purchase.
Customers are also able to request an online quote and Skype is used throughout the web site - allowing customers to 'phone' KSM through the web at no cost. VoIP (or Voice Over Internet Protocol) is now becoming more widely known and is a great cost saving tool for businesses and homes.
